Yeah mine worked after I switched 22 to 16. I'm not sure what to tell you to do if that didn't work (other than the 12v all the time).
The reason I didn't use constant 12v is because I didn't have a source to connect it to. Right now I'm running my printer off the power supply thats in my desktop computer so there's nowhere that I could attach the fan separetely.
Ill probably end up getting a new PC power supply specifically for the printer which would let me attach the fan directly. Or i'll just use an old wall wort power supply and a boost converter to get it up to 12v...
