Thanks a lot again for your help, I finally understood the process and was able to reproduce it... anyway I had to do 13 iterations from the real smooth rod radius dimension I measured with my micrometer till I get the XYZ and center at the same height.
One last thing it's not working for me is: I'm able to set:
The quick and dirty solution was to add my M666 calibration on the "start Gcode" section but I would like to save it directly in firmware or/and EEPROM... how it is archived?

One last thing it's not working for me is: I'm able to set:
M666 X-5 Y-5 Z-5(using "-5" as example) but if I then run:
M500close Repetier Host and try a print with a SD (without connecting to the computer) it doesn't remember the M666 calibration.
