Concerning the tolerances on the brackets:
The top and bottom triangle is created out of 3 types of parts:

[*] aluminum extrusions - 0.1mm tolerance
[*] bottom lasered connection - 0.1mm tollerance
[*] folded back - 0.1mm and 0.1deg tollerance

All parts are made out of 3mm aluminum, laser cutted and machine-folded within tolerances. Quality comes with a price...
