Here is a no printer version.
All you need is...
2x2 lumber (1.5"x1.5")
6x 5/16"-2.25" bolts
6x 1/4" washers (You need the smaller washer to get a tight fit on the bolt.)
6x 5/16" nuts
6x 608 skate bearings
...per carriage.
You just need a table saw and a drill press to make it.
I would hold the sides together with zip ties around both sides. If you drive the same side that has the delta arms it doesn't matter if the two halves shift with respect to each other.
